2026-01-07: We had a great time at the Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon. Armita received the Carl Gans Young Investigator Award and delivered a plenary lecture. Miranda gave a stellar talk about her dissertation research on snake intervertebral joints in the Division of Vertebrate Morphology Best Student Presentation competition (results pending!).
